The Goshin-System is a martial art of Japanese origin. Basically, it was a synthesis of several schools of Ju-Jitsu. Since the 1980s, is an art which opened in many other forms of practice (wrestling, sambo, karate, kali escrima, etc ...). We may consider it today as the "decathlon of martial arts" because it contains the forms of strikes (foot, fists), forms of projections, keys, work the ground, weapons, etc. ...

Meaning
* The meaning of "Goshin" is to protect the body and everything about self defense and all forms that result.
* The word "system" must be seen as a form of modernism in a martial activity that originally may seem traditional. It is the mix of martial roots and the world around us.
Reflection
In the world of martial arts, there are forms of all kinds, each continent, each country has developed at some point one or more forms of martial practice. Whether in India, Asia, Europe, it is not surprising that the man without communicating or little, is found on the basis of practice often similar. Although the techniques are not brought in the same way we find and see many similarities. We could develop correlations between the struggle in Africa and the Nordic countries, or a foot-fist boxing in Thailand and French boxing (savate). But in our form and our understanding of the martial art, the important n is not to increase the technical front, but the individual. The most famous practitioner, many consider the father of modern martial arts that has done so much for them around the world, is the actor Bruce Lee. He is one of the first to realize that we could not locked into a single style to flourish, and a mixture of activities could lead to a comprehensive approach focused on the individual regardless of race, social background, origins, with a consistent philosophy of sharing. He developed and built a multi-faceted style inspired by various martial arts and that is as complete as possible. The goal is that each individual appropriates his technique is creating his own martial profile. For our part, and all things considered, the Goshin System Program claims to some of the same state of mind. Although our roots are Japanese, the contribution of many other common techniques and give a richness to the whole. The system will open and non-partitioned in full evolution. It is primarily a tool for the practitioner, not vice versa. This tool, when properly understood and used, can and should enable the development of the practitioner on three fundamental axes: the shin (mind), the ghee (the art), tai (body).
The shin - The Spirit
The martial spirit in practice is the key factor. He who has a culture of martial arts history knows that the hero and the great names of world martial exploits have made extraordinary because they had a form of extraordinary character. Nothing and no one could deviate from the goal or to conduct the search. In general, it is commonplace to all great men. Unfortunately, very often, mind or spirit that should animate the practitioner, finds himself relegated to the background. The sound, the visual, the sensational are the idols of today's world. The practitioner and the student in particular (it is a student all his life) will have to address their learning with humility and selflessness. His mind will be open, curious and enthusiastic. An honest and sincere approach to oneself is the way forward, the notion of a constant teacher to student. The honesty of one another a key point, the first undertaking to provide selected without his knowledge, the second to follow this teaching on a regular and sustained in a spirit of trust and respect of exchange. The martial art is not the combat sport, goals are very different, the student does not ask the professor gives the dojo is not a gym is the house where is practiced, salvation is not a good day, it's much more, is not holding a tracksuit is the kimono and the history that goes with it .... If we understand and adopt this mindset, many ways to go has already been done.
The ghi - The technique
The technique and the sequences are used in a controlled manner, the search for fluidity, harmony in the movement, aesthetics are factors that will allow to strive for excellence. The ultimate goal that every practitioner tries throughout his life to achieve, should not be exclusive and only turned to concern to dominate the other (the victory). The technique is above all a means of personal education and essential tool for achieving self-knowledge. You should know to be honest in its practice by acknowledging its weaknesses and inefficiencies, so that once the inventory completed, we can work to fill gaps. Note that the wealth of this method is that it allows an ongoing personal assessment, in so doing, the practitioner can adapt his technique to his physical potential of the moment (how to manage his life to martial all ages of its existence ).
The thai - The body
His body, it is stronger, it softens, modifies it, we sculpt, we forge the fire of his will. The idea is to do it intelligently, the technique is in the service of the practitioner. Also the method of teaching must be adapted to the public at the time and objectives that we want to achieve. It is so obvious that many teachers forget. The teacher who reads and reproduces what his teacher before him had learned of another, can only lead to stagnation. Copy and paste can only be reductive, and instead to develop, it will only restrict a vast horizon yet. The teacher must adapt his teaching and make it understandable to his students. They must have knowledge of laws and rules governing their bodies, like the notions cardiopulmonary, muscle strengthening, stretching, recovery, and possibly diet. A good practice is a smart practice. The constant is that everyone should be able to learn without its path is necessarily identical to that of another.
